Annabel’s Closet helps families who have left abusive situations start over by providing essential furniture and household items they can’t afford on their own. Most leave with only what they can throw into their car. Our mission is to lighten their burden and help them begin again with dignity.

We provide the basics needed to survive, restart, and eventually thrive in their new homes. Since 2015, we’ve more than doubled the number of families we serve each year. Today, we are on track to assist over 75 families in 2025.

This growth is possible because we are a 95% volunteer-powered organization, supported by a generous and caring community. Since 2020, demand for our services has grown by 30% each year.

Domestic violence is a painful and isolating battle, but with support, these families can find hope. Without our help, many would return to their abuser. With it, they have a real chance to move forward and build a better future.
